Envision our community addressing the rising rates of police harassment and brutality through the use of community education, de-escalation tactics, and video documentation.

 

Through our Copwatch & Know Your Rights Organizing, FIERCE is creating a West Village that is safe for everyone, especially LGBTQ youth of color who are often targeted by the police. We believe in educating our community about knowing our rights and building towards holding the police accountable for the harassment brought upon LGBTQ youth of color.

Know Your Rights Workshops!!!!

 

FIERCE offers Know Your Rights workshops for LGBTQ Youth
of Color who are in GSAs, groups, organizations and shelters.
 
The Know Your Rights trainings are youth-led, free and a fun way for LGBTQ Youth of Color to empower ourselves by educating eachother on our rights in these times of hyper policing in New York City.
