Interested in facilitation? For the past two years, we have been encouraging ELP2 graduates to increase their leadership skills and give back to the current ELP2 cohort by co-facilitating workshops with staff throughout the program. If you are an ELP2 graduate and would like to facilitate a workshop in this year's ELP2- or if you would just like to gain some practice and experience in facilitation, join us for this summer's t4t.
