Who Should Attend the Webinar?

If you are an LGBTQ youth of color between the ages of 13-24, or an adult ally working with LGBTQ youth of color.  Also, if you work at a membership based organization where youth have various leadership opportunities, or if you are interested in exploring new organizational structures to support more leadership development.

Goals of Webinar

1.              For participants to learn about FIERCE’s Organizing Model

2.              To share information on FIERCE’s Leadership Development Structure & Model

3.              To share lessons learned and best practices from our experience on Leadership Development of LGBTQ youth of color
